Simple Keto Coffee Recipe

If you are fan of lattes and milk coffees this is perfect for you. However, remember, this coffee just like it sounds has quite a few calories. If you are trying to reduce your calorie intake you may want to substitute your breakfast for this if you are following a low-carbohydrate diet.
It is super simple to make.
#1 Prepare a standard cup of coffee of your choice
#2 Add a table spoon of MCT oil and 25 g of butter (unsalted and grassfed preferably)
#3 Add coconut for extra flavour and aroma
#4 Blend for 10-15 s until
#5 Pour into a pre-heated cup and enjoy!
Tips: you can substitute MCT oil for coconut oil. Only use on a low-carbohydrate diet or if you are trying to gain weight and need to add more calories to your diet.
